Our Company is owned by three CPA’s with many years of experience in providing consulting services to businesses. Our operating philosophy includes following well-formed business plans and our business and financial discipline has allowed us to achieve positive results in the continued development of the portfolio.

Our management’s strategy for HRC Hotels includes the development and operation of premium brand select service hotels from 80 to 100 rooms in locations with high barriers for entry and multiple demand generators. We have concentrated on the Marriott and Hilton hotel brands and many of the properties are in the extended stay segment of the lodging industry.

Continued implementation and execution of our business plan has allowed us to increase investors’ value. We were able to come through the economic recession with a large cash balance and the opening of a new Marriott hotel in March, 2011. By following our established business plan we did not get overextended, which was a problem for many other hotel development companies, both private and public during the economic downturn.

We believe the U.S. economy is rebounding and is coming out of the down cycle for the lodging industry and we are positioning our Company to take advantage of the upswing by following our proven strategy of conservative steady growth of our portfolio of premium brand hotels.

We are engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, operation, financing, refinancing of premium brand select service hotels, with emphasis on the extended stay hotel segment of the lodging industry. We deliver some of the lowest investment cost per room and the lowest operating costs in the hospitality industry. The company is a privately held partnership formed in 1999 and owns twenty-one premium brand select service hotels located in the Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, Ohio and Florida. We have a long term on-site hotel management contract with Good Hospitality Services, Inc.
