Based in East Lansing, Michigan, we are a Company that is engaged in the acquisition, ownership, development, operation, financing and refinancing of premium brand select service hotels, with emphasis on the extended stay hotel segment of the lodging industry.

As a privately-held partnership that was formed in 1999, we currently own 3 operating premium brand select service hotels located in Florida. Our current hotels operate under the Hampton Inn & Suites and Home 2 Suites brands.

Our core strategy is to invest primarily in premium-branded, select-service hotels that typically generate most of their revenue from room rentals, limited food and beverage outlets and meeting space and require fewer employees than traditional full-service hotels. These hotels have the potential to generate attractive returns relative to other types of hotels due to their ability to achieve RevPAR levels at or close to those achieved by traditional full-service hotels while achieving higher profit margins due to their more efficient operating model and less volatile cash flows.

The current lodging market fundamentals provide significant opportunities for RevPAR and EBITDA growth at their existing hotels.
