Mr. Hall is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of HRC Hotels, LLC and has served in such capacities since the company’s formation. He is also the managing member of the Manager, HRC Management Co, LLC. Mr. Hall specializes in the negotiation of hotel acquisitions, financing, construction and strategic planning for the Company. With Mr. Hall’s leadership skills, business management experience and his depth of knowledge in the hotel industry, HRC Hotels, LLC is in an excellent position to capitalize on the future growth of the hotel industry.
James J. Matuszak, CPA, PFS
Chief Financial Officer, Director and Member
Mr. Matuszak is a member of the Board of Directors and the Chief Financial Officer of HRC Hotels, LLC. He is also a Member of the Manager, HRC Management Co., LLC. He has served in those capacities since September 2004. Mr. Matuszak’s background includes business planning and consulting, real estate financing and acquisitions. Mr. Matuszak, Mr. Hall and Mr. Romkema have worked together on various business consulting and management engagements for the past twenty-five years. Mr. Matuszak holds a bachelors degree from Loyola University.
Joe A. Romkema, CPA, PFS
Secretary, Treasurer, Director and Member
Mr. Romkema is a member of the Board of Directors, the Secretary and the Treasurer of HRC Hotels, LLC. He has served in those capacities since the company’s formation. He is also a Member of the Manager, HRC Management Co., LLC. Mr. Romkema carries out the normal functions of the Secretary and Treasurer offices for the company, including assisting with the development of the business plan for the growth of the company.

Mr. Good has worked in the restaurant and hotel industry continuously since 1986 and his background includes marketing, hotel management and hotel construction. In 2003 Mr. Good was named to the Hampton Inn Owners Advisory Council and in 2004, to the Homewood Suites Owners Advisory Council. Mr. Good is the only person to be named to more than one Hilton council and is a member of both councils today. Mr. Good’s knowledge of the hotel industry, the personal contacts he has developed throughout the industry, knowledge of hotel management and hotel construction are all brought together to provide HRC Hotels, LLC with an excellent resource to interface with the hotel industry and the manager, HRC Management Co., LLC.
Frank Ioppolo, Jr.
